     The common causes of concrete deterioration are carbonation and chlorides. Un-maintained structures and buildings can become dangerous as steel reinforcement corrosion commences and the expansive forces create spalling and loose sections of concrete to fall to ground.
     We can access and remove all loose and dangerous concrete from the structure and/or install safety netting as a short term solution.
